• 1 October 2009: Schrezenmaier Käletechnik GmbH & Co. KG takes back the remote service for clients, which has until then been carried out by Danfoss GmbH. This happens as Danfoss announces to close the remote service centre in Hünxe by 31 December 2009. The “new” remote service centre of SKT takes over all (6) employees of Danfoss.
  • 31 December 2009: At midnight, Danfoss GmbH stops their remote service. During the following days, former clients get into contact with SKT, asking for support.

  • Oktober 2010: FSZ NATTLAND GmbH is founded as an independent company by Mr Egon Schrezenmaier. All employees of the remote service are taken over to work in the new company.

  • 1 May 2011: Mr Egon Schrezenmaier assigns the management of FSZ to Mr Hartmut Brückner.

    Between 2010 and 2012 the central MeasuringData-Management-System and the Event-Management-System get developed as superordinate and central software. Until today, constant advancements, the integration of new functions and systems take place.


  • The number of employees rose from 6 to now 14 employees. In 2009 FSZ monitored about 130 properties. This number rose to 800 and is still rising.

    In spring 2016 we have renewed our service offers with an innovative noveltiy – the FSZ DFÜ PREMIO2CERTIFY. This service allows for the documentation of the necessary, daily control of logged data according to the HACCP regulation. This helps you to prove your sticking to the legal inspection duty in an easy and permanent way.
